Curriculum

The Royal Academy offers what is typically known as the CBSE curriculum, an academic process that is designed and developed by the NCERT, India (National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi). CBSE curriculum schools in Ajman are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, India. 

The school prepares students for the All-India Secondary School Examination (at the end of Grade 10) and the All-India Senior School Certificate Examination (at the end of Grade 12). These examinations are conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, India.

The medium of instruction is English. Arabic, Islamic Studies and UAE Social Studies with Moral Education are taught in keeping with the MOE regulations of the U.A.E.

To cater to the needs of different language speakers, which make up a wide spectrum of our student community, the school offers a choice of 6 different second languages: Hindi / French / Bangla / Urdu / Malayalam / Tamil. A choice of any one of these languages, enables the students to feel comfortable in this curriculum. The curriculum ensures an inclusive learning environment that the school provides for the students of all abilities.
