ETHOS – Everyone Thrives Here On Self-worth! Ours is an ethos that fosters in each student the development of a sense of self-worth, a sense of responsibility and respect for others. A culture where the students feel included, respected, safe and secure. We, at TRAC strongly believe that a positive School Ethos is the basis for developing good relationships and positive behaviour in the classroom, school campus and the wider community. The students’ well-being has always been at the heart of TRAC, to ensure that each student feels valued and is moulded into a good human being.
