The Royal Academy, Ajman, has taken a step forward in bridging the gap between academia and industry with the launch of Royal IVY League (Internship & Volunteering for Youth), a pioneering initiative that promises to revolutionise the way students learn and grow.
Dr. Prema Muralidhar, our principal, officially announced the launch, on 13th November 2025, a platform designed to provide students with hands-on experience of industrial skills that prepare them for the challenges of the future competitive world.
The launch event was graced by two esteemed guests, Mr. Praveen Parameswar, Master mind of Lifology, Career Coach, Author, TEDx Speaker, Entrepreneur, Sir Julian Hodge Award Winner & Alumni of Cardiff University, London School of Economics, and Mr. Rahul Easwar, a distinguished orator, activist, and 3 times Guinness World Record holder. Mr. Parameswar shared insights on setting priorities and navigating the ever-evolving future, while Mr. Easwar inspired the students with his remarkable life journey, highlighting the importance of identifying one's skill sets and exploring career pathways.
The interactive session had the students actively seeking information about emerging academic and career fields, engaging with the speakers asking thoughtful questions. The students who completed their summer internships, were awarded with certificates.
