Assembly-World Tsunami Awareness Day.

Tides of awareness and waves of preparedness! On World Tsunami Awareness Day, our students of Gr.11 made waves! Their assembly on the importance of disaster preparedness and safety, highlighted key facts about tsunamis, the causes, and impact, while highlighting crucial safety measures and tips to help our community prepare for natural disasters. Creative placards conveyed powerful messages, emphasising the need to understand risks, know evacuation routes, and support each other in times of need. Preparedness to face these ‘Gigantic Waves’ is crucial. Well done Grade 11!
