Continuous Professional Development is an essential component in the work-field. There is no dearth of learning opportunities in this fast-developing world. At school, the need of the hour is to deliver lessons in the most effective and up-to-date manner, to ensure that students are well prepared to face the future world with conviction and confidence. Learning is a never-ending process, be it in any walk of life or at any stage of life. Our Principal, Mr. Shakkeer Hussain, with a vision of moving his team forward, by giving his expertise, took up a session today on upgrading the teaching and learning strategies. It was an interactive session where everyone was made to participate enthusiastically. The session enabled Teachers to learn new skills and techniques, engaging them in self-reflection and academic mastery. Encouraging a positive learning culture at work is essential for a happy and healthy workplace. This session was just the beginning of many more to come. The Principal backed up by a strong team is no doubt the magic of ensuring a successful school.
