💻 ONLINE LEARNING ⏰ Monday, 2nd March – Friday, 6th March ● Classes will be conducted ONLINE via MS Teams. 👨‍🎓 Student Expectations ● All classes will follow the Ramadan schedule; attendance is mandatory ● Join the session on time and be well-prepared ● Kindly wear the prescribed school uniform ● Students must keep their cameras switched ON. 📝 Please note the following : ● Kickstarting with care: well-being session leads the way. ● 1 to Gr 2: All lessons will be conducted online ● Grade 3 to Grade 11: Revision & doubt- clearing sessions are scheduled for the remaining examinations. ● Timing: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm ● Reading fun during online screen breaks! At the Dubai Marathon 2023 on 12th February
An early dawn ride on the school bus, on a Sunday! Where to? To the Expo City, Dubai. Why? All for the love of volunteering at the Dubai Marathon 2023. Who? The staff, the enthusiastic students, and the support staff of The Royal Academy. As joyful as ever, for being able to be a part, in this charity marathon. Volunteering, not for the first time though! 3 years in a row from 2016 to 2018 and now. The Dubai Marathon is an Annual Marathon held in Dubai, UAE. It is organized with the sanction of the Dubai Sports Council and is one of the most popular marathons in the world. Our role, the distribution of water bottles to the runners at the 25 kilometers point. Standing with joy and pride, beside the school banner, handing out water, to refresh the runners. Handing over a bottle, a quick take over, splash, gulp and on they go, the runners as the students cheered for them. A bottle given, is a smile added! An early morning heart-warming experience, of a different kind, from the regular school going one! Experiences which foster love and care. That’s the way, and it goes all the way!
