Educator Empowerment Session – Teaching Excellence through Interdisciplinary Approaches.

The CGE Group Training Center conducted a comprehensive training session for educators of our school handling the MOE subjects, titled 'The Model Lesson from Concept to Evaluation'. Led by Mr. Moatasem, CEO of the Institute, and Ms. Hikmat, a member of the Institute, the session aimed to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical expertise among educators. A key focus of the session was the significance of interdisciplinary approaches in education, particularly in the UAE context. The session commenced with an icebreaker, followed by in-depth discussions on Arabic reading strategies and innovative Teaching & Learning methodologies that facilitate connections between concepts and real-world applications. The training highlighted the school's investment in human capital, driving both teacher growth and student success.
