Emirati Chlidrens Day

2023-03-15

The UAE celebrates Emirati Children’s Day on 15th March, every year. This special day coincides with the launch of the Federal Law No:3, ‘Concerning Child Rights’, also known as ‘Wadeema’s Law’. This day aims to raise awareness on children’s rights and welfare among the general public, so that children get a healthy, safe and supportive environment for their development. In view of this day, we, being in the UAE, also joined in the joy of the celebration by way of conducting art activities related to the theme. Students also prepared video recordings of their understanding of the specialty of this day. Being children of any nationality, it is the ‘child’ that matters, and the specification of the day implies to all children. It is a pleasure to be a part of this beautiful celebration of children of the UAE. Happy Emirati Children’s Day.
