Health Check-up for School Bus Drivers

2024-03-12

Not only are they responsible for operating large vehicles but they also bear a vital task of ensuring the safety of students on their journey to and from school. This is where regular health check-ups come into play, serving as a crucial link in the chain of safety measures for school transportation systems. Our bus drivers underwent a health check-up at school carried out by the school doctor, Dr. Ameela and the nurses, Ms. Gitty, and Ms. Amala. Their BMI (Body Mass Index), BP (Blood Pressure), GRBS (General Random Blood Sugar) were checked. They were also given some tips on Health Education. Regular screenings like these ensure that the drivers are capable of performing their duties effectively, with the full range of physician and Mental capabilities that driving a school bus demand. Care of our employees is at the heart of our institution.
