International Dance DayΒ  2023

2023-04-29

International Dance Day
What a motivating day, International Dance Day! Let us forget all the stresses and tensions that surmount through the day, just forget them for a moment and move to the rhythm of music. Yes, the theme of International Dance Day 2023 is, ‘Sharing the joy of dance without limitations based on race, ethnicity or culture’. How more truer can this be! Dance is a form of expression that brings people together, allowing them to be creative in new ways and is a fantastic way to escape the stresses and cares of everyday life. We dance for physical fitness. We dance for mental clarity. We dance for emotional stability and other such pluses. This is what our teachers did, as part of the employee well-being and fitness, they danced and had moments of leisure and enjoyment. Not only the Teachers, our students too. There is no age bar for dancing, be it a child or an adult, it is all in the music and the moves. Never lose out on the fun. Unwind, Refresh and Rejuvenate, before it’s too late!!
