Jumping on the Giant Number Line!

Learning was transformed into a lively activity for the First Graders, with the ‘Giant Math Number Line Game’. Giant Number Lines representing Numbers up to 10 were marked on the ground. Following the teacher’s instructions, the students hopped and skipped their way to different numbers, with the understanding of the concepts of counting, number recognition, and spatial awareness. This playful approach boosted their interest in numbers, wanting to learn more! It is the interest shown by the teacher that creates the interest in learning among students.
