Thrills, Spills, and Triumphs, ‘SPARTANS 2024’

Spirits soared high and hearts raced with excitement, as the ground was set for an action-packed Sports Day! 12th December 2024, with a dash of determination, a pinch of passion, and a whole lot of team spirit, the Secondary Boys and Girls geared up for SPARTANS 2024! An air of euphoria enveloped the arena as the Guests of Honour, First Assistant Abdullah Musa Al-Mandous, First Assistant Mohammed Rashid, and Maryam Kafoor Al Ali, Media Specialist from Special Olympics UAE, joined us for the day. The day started off with a proud rendition of the UAE National Anthem, followed by the recitation of the Holy Quran. As the Welcome Speech echoed in both English and Arabic, the energy reached its maximum energy pitch. The ceremonial March Past, Torch Relay, and Oath-taking, set just the right tone for a day of sportsmanship and friendly competition. The Chief Guest's inspiring address and the declaration of the sports meet open marked the beginning of a thrilling series of events, including the Boys' Brass Band, Ceremonial Solo Band, a sports mixed dance by our girls, and the Pyramid by our boys. As the sports events and Parents' sporting event reached their climax, the Prize distribution ceremony honored the champions, and the day drew to a close with a sense of pride, team bonding, and heartwarming highlights.
