Yoga for a Calmer, Happier You!

As we breathed in the spirit of International Yoga Day (21st June), our school came alive on 20th June 2025, with the tranquil vibes of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Our students, guided by expert instructors, experienced self-discovery, the power of physical balance, mental focus, and emotional well-being in a special session titled 'Stress Management through Sahaja Yoga Meditation'. The theme this year being 'Yoga for One Earth, One Health', our young learners experienced the profound impact of yoga through this program, specifically for school children. Our commitment to nurturing the harmony of body, mind, and spirit in our students. A wonderful experience of the transformative power of yoga, for a calmer happier you!
